Maintenance Technician

Antolin is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. Job Duties: 

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance assignments from the Maintenance Supervisor or Line Leaders. 

• Retrieve P.M.'s and W.O.'s for production lines. The employee should take care of safety issues, production needs, then preventative maintenance issues, starting with the oldest issues first. 

• Clean and organize work areas daily. 

• Repair items on the production lines with no lost production. 

• Maintenance should create scheduled work orders for all lines. 

• Perform duties in a safe manner and in accordance with all known safe practices. 

• Complete work on approved scheduled jobs and other items posted on the maintenance office board. 

• Make use of technical support and technical information (Maintenance Manuals, Prints, etc.) to circumvent equipment down time. 

• Document all work done during the shift. 

• Complete work orders and PM's filling in needed information and submit to the Supervisor. 

• Report all parts used and any low inventory items to Supervisors. 

• Perform widely diverse duties in order to install and maintain production machines and the changing equipment of the plant facility. 

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
