Hydraulic Installation Engineering Team Leader

Caterpillar is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Installation Engineering Team Leader to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities/Job Duties

• Have significant experience with hydraulic installations (or a comparable design discipline) on construction or mining machinery.
• Providing technical expertise and mentoring of team members.
• Work with the manager to adjust resources to match the level of workload.
• Work with value chain partners to set goals for New Product Introduction, Continuous Product Improvement and Cost Out with the hydraulic installation team.
• Enhance the tools and practices for the team and enterprise.
