Loader Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains equipment duties including washing, greasing, and oiling machinery.
• Operates hand levers and pedals to control equipment and attachments like blades, buckets, and swing booms.
• Goes over the day's work with the field manager, studies the blueprints if required, and decides on the most appropriate way of completing assigned work safely, with precision, and in time.
• Make decisions based on the most effective functioning of equipment and attachments.
