Senior Hydraulic/ Diesel Engine Technician

Arbate is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hydraulic/ Diesel Engine Technician to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect hydraulic and diesel engine systems on heavy equipment (excavators, cranes, trucks, and industrial machines) to identify failures and repair or replace damaged components.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, lines, and power units.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance so machinery and equipment function appropriately.
• Disassemble and rebuild hydraulic components and diesel engines using OEM and technical specifications.
• Read site plans, schematics, and manufacturer's documents.
• Evaluate system performance and document diagnoses that involve using diagnostic tools and computer-based systems.
• Record maintenance activities and service reports accurately.
• Lead junior technicians; oversee training and development of junior staff and provide feedback on overall performance of junior personnel.
• Follow standards of practice during any repair or maintenance of machinery and when performing duties to comply with applicable safety laws and protocols.
