Panolin, the Switzerland-located international lubricants business has recently signed an agreement to sell the Environmentally Considerate Lubricants (ECL) business to Shell. This sales agreement involves ECL product formulations, intellectual property, technical expertise and technology, an international customer base, and portfolio of products. Through this agreement, Shell Lubricants will manufacture, distribute, and market the PANOLIN portfolio of ECL products in Switzerland.
