FREL: Pressure Compensated Flow at the Forefront of the Industry

The FREL is a 3-way priority flow control cartridge valve with a distinctive design. This fully adjustable valve can be field-tailored to the required flow for specific applications, offering space-saving advantages by combining a bypass compensator and an adjustable orifice within a single cartridge solution. This eliminates the need to specify the flow setting during the order, as there's no requirement to determine a drill setting for the orifice. The valve takes input flow at port 1, using it to fulfill the priority flow at port 3. Any excess input flow beyond the priority requirement is bypassed out of port 2. The valve features pressure compensation for the priority flow, ensuring precise regulation in applications with wide pressure fluctuations. Additionally, port 2 can be fully blocked, allowing the valve to function as a 2-way pressure-compensated flow control from port 1 to port 3.
