Maintenance Technician

Crucial Tasks & Obligations

• Demonstrates a proactive approach to reducing equipment downtime and lost production capability by finishing projects with little direction.
  Troubleshot working mechanical devices. disassembles and inspects devices in order to access and eliminate malfunctioning components. replaces, fixes, or modifies damaged components.
• Assembles and runs shop equipment, including bandsaws, drill presses, grinders, cutting torches, and welders. alters or fixes equipment and parts using hand and pneumatic tools.
  Installs and fixes electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment as needed.
• Increases all equipment's dependability and uptime. adopts a preventive maintenance mindset when dealing with equipment problems.
