Allison is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Fluid Engineer to join their dynamic team. Main Job Role

  • Consult and advise management and internal customers for compliance to federal, state, and local and Allison policies and requirements. Write reports for chemical processes, write reports for equipment analysis and equipment testing. Write, conduct, analyze and report on chemical experiments in the laboratory. Work with engineers and chemists on their research, development, implementation and improvement of chemical processes and equipment. 
  • Maintain and clean laboratory equipment.
  • Plan and schedule chemical, safety and processing related meetings, programs and projects according to Allison policies.
  • Bring in the views and positions of Allison Management to the workforce and customer.
  • Complete work activities in accordance with budget, manpower and time constraints.
  • Provide Allison quality, financial, and performance reports according to Allison systems.
  • Be effective in communication with internal customers to resolve issues and to know and understand customers' needs, when required.
  • Implement and actively support the site and corporation initiated occupational safety polices and programs.
  • Contribute a physical presence in the workplace.
    Other duties as assigned.
