Pipeline Hydraulics Engineer

LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join its dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Attend all required training as assigned to learn Flow Improver Technology and develop technical capability.
• Act as an expert on the use of Flow Improver products in pipeline operations and be a resource for Flow Improver sales force technical support.
• Provide hydraulic modeling expertise of the Customer's pipeline in support of Flow Improver marketing activities.
• Provide consulting to all of LSPI and our Customers on how to use the Flow Improver technology and get the best from LSPI's products and services.
• Become fluent in the use of LSPI's proprietary software for pipeline modeling and predicting the performance of LSPI's products in the Customer's pipelines.
• Maintain LSPI's proprietary modeling tools for the best accuracy and ease of use. 
• Ensure the timely fixing of bugs, and the timely enhancements are not delayed due to missing code delivery by I.S. staff
  Become knowledgeable about multi-phase flow to the business. 
• Help recommend the best use of the Flow Improver product for this type of application.
• Assist with analysis and correlation of all field test data in order to continually improve the performance prediction equations for LSPI's various products.
• Be a go to resource for Flow Improver knowledge by both internal and external customers for resolution of technical issues surrounding the use of LSPI products.
