MECHANICAL FITTER

Eirebloc Limited produces composite pallet blocks, made from recycled timber, for both the home and export markets. The plant is state-of-the-art, highly automated, and fully mechanized.
Eirebloc currently wishes to recruit an experienced mechanical fitter.

The candidate must have

• Minimum three years of maintenance experience in an automated high-volume factory.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with automated continuous process equipment.

GENERAL OPERATIVES

Duties will include working as part of a production team undertaking all duties as directed by management including adhering to the strict SOPs and health and safety procedures that are in place. Some of these positions involve shift work. A forklift license would be desirable but not essential. Remuneration will be competitive, and the role will be permanent.
