• Subsequently, the components are degreased, rinsed, activated, and cooled in individual tanks.
• Following two additional washing processes, the surface undergoes passivation and is rinsed with distilled water.
• The crane components undergo cataphoretic painting by being entirely immersed in paint tanks.
• Any excess paint is removed through two additional operations using ultra-filtration liquid.
• The painted components then undergo polymerization at a temperature of 115 degrees for 1.5 hours.
• In the final stage, a painting robot applies an environmentally friendly two-component water-based paint to the cmu components, completing the surface treatment process.
