 This is what we do:

Analyze customer requirements:  You carry out analyses of the working environments of our Mobile Harbor Cranes (MHC) and derive current and future requirements from them

Monitor market developments:  You monitor the MHC markets as well as neighboring markets and identify new business opportunities for our product portfolio

Consider megatrends:  You take global megatrends such as sustainability and digitalization into account and use them to further develop our products

Keeping an eye on technologies:  You stay up to date with technological advances, such as object recognition, automation, Industry 5.0 and alternative drives, and prepare project templates related to them

Implement legal requirements:  You follow legal developments (e.g. environmental laws) and ensure that our products meet these requirements

Project work and collaboration:  You work closely with internal teams, such as the technology department and service, as well as with external partners and customers to develop solutions that meet the high requirements of our customers

 What you bring with you:

Completed training or studies:  You have completed a degree in engineering (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering) or a technical training with a sound commercial understanding

Experience in port-related activities:  You have several years of professional experience in port-related activities (e.g. as a project manager for port operators) and are familiar with the processes in port operations

Technical understanding:  You can quickly familiarize yourself with new technical issues and analyze and structure them

English skills:  You have a good command of written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage

Analytical skills:  You have a good feel for market and technology trends and can translate these into concrete product requirements
