S1S rod seals

S1S seals, depicted in the figure, are U-cup rod seals crafted from ECOPUR (TPU), featuring a single-lip design. The geometry has been fine-tuned through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to maximize service life without requiring frequent maintenance. These seals are well-suited for pressures up to 400 bar (5,800 psi) in medium to heavy-duty applications and are offered in metric sizes. Additionally, certain metric sizes are compatible with seal housings adhering to the specifications outlined in ISO 5597:2010.
