CUT seals, illustrated in the figure, function as double-acting piston seals featuring a step-cut slide ring and a rectangular energizer. Designed for heavy-duty applications, these seals can handle pressures of up to 500 bar (7,250 psi). Available in metric sizes, some of them align with seal housings specified by ISO 7425-1:1988.
