LCP piston seals

LCP seals, illustrated in the figure, are piston seals that operate in a double-acting manner. They feature a PTFE slide ring, which is bolstered by robust PA anti-extrusion rings, along with a T-shaped energizer made of nitrile rubber (NBR). These T-seals, with protective caps, are well-suited for pressures reaching 690 bar (10,000 psi) and are offered in both metric and inch dimensions. Notably, certain metric sizes are designed to fit seal housings compliant with ISO 5597:2010.
