DTW wiper seals

DTW seals are snap-in wiper seals with a single-lip design and a radial static seal lip on the outer surface, ensuring a secure sealing contact (refer to Figure 2). An axial static seal lip on the external side not only keeps the wiper firmly in the housing but also functions as an additional static seal. During operation, particularly during rod extension, the inner edge of the wiper seal may come into contact with the rod. In such instances, if the rod seal is damaged or has surpassed its service life, notches on the inner edge prevent the wiper seal from trapping pressure or being displaced by pressure. These profiles are offered in both metric and inch sizes.
