S1S rod seals

S1S seals, characterized by their single-lip design, are rod seals made from ECOPUR (TPU), as depicted in Figure 1. These seals are crafted using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to optimize their geometry, ensuring extended service life without the need for frequent maintenance. Specifically designed for medium to heavy-duty applications, they can withstand pressures of up to 400 bar (5,800 psi). Additionally, these seals are available in metric sizes and can be accommodated in seal housings compliant with ISO 5597:2010 standards.
