MD-L piston seals

MD-L seals are piston seals that operate in a double-acting manner, as illustrated in the Figure. They feature a sealing ring made of nitrile rubber (NBR) and are equipped with thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPC) anti-extrusion rings on both sides. These anti-extrusion rings incorporate polyacetal (POM) guide rings, with the added convenience of being split for easy installation. The MD-L profiles are well-suited for medium-duty applications with pressures up to 250 bar (3,625 psi) and are available in metric sizes. Additionally, certain sizes are compatible with seal housings conforming to ISO 6547:1981.
