Hallite acquires an Australian supplier specializing in hydraulic seals

Hallite Seals Australia, a subsidiary of the worldwide provider of hydraulic cylinder sealing solutions, Hallite, has disclosed its acquisition of SealTeam Australia, along with its affiliated company, AB Seals. Specific financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

          Hallite has stated that this acquisition will strengthen its local customer-centric team and extend its presence in Australia, benefiting from its global network of technical experts. This move is consistent with the company's mission to elevate the customer experience and introduce significant innovations. Hallite plans to integrate the SealTeam group into its brand, with Neil Tindle, the current managing director of the company, taking on the role of managing director for the newly combined Hallite Australia operation.
