JOB SUMMARY: 
Provide leadership for branch service operations and the management of branch service supervisors. Oversee branch service operations within annual budget projections and maintain superior customer and employee relations that result in or support above-average CSP, EOS, NPI, NLS, PINS, FMRG, and DCAL. Manages the operation of the Equipment & Power Systems Division Service Center, including Shop Service, Field Service, and Administrative Personnel.  Manages budget in line with forecasts, objectives, and overall company policies. Meets gross profit and PADE objectives. Supervises and develops the necessary manpower to maintain a functional Division in line with the overall Company policies and forecasts. Supervises the execution of an annual training program for the Division. Supervises and promotes Division CC and CPI Practices. Provides and maintains adequate, neat, and safe offices, workshop(s), yards, vehicles, tools, and other facilities required by the Division to meet the agreed upon Company standards. Maintain exceptional customer relations. Maintains high-quality cooperation and communication with all company departments. Responsible for planning and maintenance of all Service facilities. Responsible for the safety of all branch personnel.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•   High school diploma or equivalent required.
•   Two or four years of experience in a related field is preferred.
•   Six years of service experience including two years of managerial responsibility.
•  Proven experience and ability in the areas of service maintenance, financial management, human relations, training, safety, and customer satisfaction. 
•  Minimum five years of experience with Equipment, Power Systems, and/or Ag machinery parts and service

•   Individuals must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
•   Time management, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills are a must.
•   Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft applications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time. To occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight: to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
