Principal Engineer, Hydraulic Modelling

•    Lead a team of Water Engineers specialising in Hydraulic Modelling of Water Supply, Waste Water and Surface Water networks
•    Collaborate with Business Sector leadership and peer group across India and Australia/New Zealand; Act as a team leader and take responsibility for seamless Integration of ICRC within WSP in India across geographies
•    Guide, mentor and coach junior team members in technical domains and ensure professional growth of individuals within the team
•    Ensure model accuracy based on available information across model build, demand analysis & allocation, calibration and masterplanning 
•    Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, tolerances, safety factors and project brief
•    Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. 
•    Ensure quality management is embedded into project submission.
•    Design and implement Quality Assurance protocols
•    Participate in and support SHEQ within their scope of duties; Promote Diversity and Inclusion.
•    Ensure that health, safety and environmental standards are embedded into all work practices and projects.
