Enerpac RACH and RARH Hydraulic Cylinders

Enerpac RACH and RARH Hydraulic Cylinders Facilitate Maintenance, Lifting, and Beyond

Enerpac RACH and RARH Hydraulic Cylinders

Enerpac's RACH and RARH Series aluminum hollow plunger cylinders, commonly known as hydraulic or center-hole cylinders, offer engineers a portable and lightweight solution for tasks such as lifting and tensioning.

Key features of these cylinders include:

  • Capacity of up to 150 tons
  • Sturdy yet lightweight construction
  • Hollow shafts for pulling and tensioning
  • Compatibility with a wide range of pumps

The RACH and RARH Series aluminum hollow plunger cylinders offer engineers a portable tool suitable for various applications, including lifting, tensioning, pulling, pull testing, maintenance, and more. These hydraulic cylinders boast a robust yet lightweight aluminum construction, facilitating easy transportation between projects in construction, manufacturing, and other industries. The RACH model is a single-acting cylinder, while the RARH is a double-acting model. Despite their differences, both hydraulic cylinders share the same features. However, the RARH model stands out with its quicker and more controlled contraction, along with a lighter weight attributed to its lower collapsed height.
Each cylinder model is equipped with a threaded collar inside the plunger, enabling convenient attachment of accessories or threaded rods. With capacities ranging from 20 to 150 tons and strokes spanning 2 to 10 inches, these cylinders are rated for pressures up to 10,000 psi. The hydraulic cylinders feature a high-strength return spring, ensuring swift retraction. They find applications in rod and cable pulling, tensioning, rock-bolt testing, shaft removal, and more. Both models are compatible with various pump types, including hand pumps and split flow pumps, as well as Enerpac's EVO-Series synchronized lifting systems.
