HAWE Hydraulik provides diverse concepts for electrification projects in mobile machines. The PowerBox, a key component, delivers substantial benefits during both installation and operation. Beyond housing battery packs, it incorporates a new MPU (Motor Pump Unit), the PDU (Power Distribution Unit), a charger, and the hydraulics. This adaptable concept can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the vehicle manufacturer, even down to the disassembled assembly, seamlessly integrating it directly into the vehicle. The PowerBox, when connected and fully charged, is prepared for autonomous use, enabling quick and efficient commissioning.
          Furthermore, the PowerBox features a proven plug-in system for battery packs, greatly simplifying the management of electric vehicle runtime or working hydraulics. When the battery pack is depleted, it can be effortlessly replaced with charged spare batteries, minimizing downtime to a matter of minutes.  The battery packs can be flexibly charged at convenient times either in the company's facility or on-site. This successful solution, currently employed in loading cranes, is equally applicable to aerial work platforms and construction machinery.
