Traditional hydraulic motors face challenges in generating sufficient torque at low speeds during the starting phase. Consequently, the high-speed output of hydraulic motors needs to be attenuated through multiple-step gearboxes to achieve the required wheel speed. Despite accepting slightly higher windage losses and reduced mechanical efficiency in this process, Linde Hydraulics' motors, specifically the Series 02, stand in contrast. These motors can transmit the necessary torque even at low speeds, enabling a smooth and sensitive start.
