Danfoss introduces innovative hydraulic motors with new cam lobes

The latest motor offers a displacement range spanning from 470 to 820 cc/rev, supporting operating speeds of up to 465 rpm. It delivers impressive maximum torque levels, reaching as high as 5841 Nm (4042.5 lb. ft.) at operating pressures of up to 450 bar (6526 psi).

          The Thorx motor features cutting-edge two-speed technology developed by Danfoss, providing a remarkable 70% reduction in shock during speed shifts compared to conventional cam lobe motors. This technology is designed to ensure smoother speed transitions with a consistent and rapid response, even in colder conditions. The outcome is enhanced machine maneuverability and improved operator comfort, accompanied by reduced noise during speed changes.
