JOB SUMMARY: 

The formulation and leadership of the Retail and Small Core Product Support Sales Strategy fall within the purview of the Product Support Sales Manager. Providing a seamless, effective, and profitable procedure for the sale of labor and parts in order to achieve profitable expansion is the responsibility of this role. The position will involve a variety of duties, such as strategy and execution for e-commerce, sales, and marketing. Additionally, we will create our customer reward program and assign supervisory responsibilities to a group of sales agents and support personnel. 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•    A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
•    Must have three to five years of related experience and training in Parts, Service, Product Sales Support, and Outside Sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
•    Supervisory experience and the ability to work cross-departmentally are imperative to the success of this role.
•    Sales, marketing, and e-commerce experience is desirable.

•    The ability to successfully multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment is required.
•    Strong teamwork skills are critical.
•    Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external technical resources and business area leaders.
•    A willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as needed is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
   Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting and to stand or sit for prolonged periods. To occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including the use of a computer keyboard and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
