What is the role? 

As a Maintenance Associate for Avient, you are tasked with the execution of maintenance tasks to construct, fix, and/or service all equipment in sound operating condition as fast and accurately as you can, while minimizing associated costs to assist in achieving Plant objectives. To perform successfully in this position, you should be multi-skilled and assist the plant in maintenance efforts in several craft disciplines.
