Technician HVAC - Engineering

Job Summary/Main Purpose

Assistant Engineer - the incumbent is liable to comply with the cGMP principles and keep them in an efficient state. Responsible for supporting the engineers for problem solving and resolving issues and ensures safe engineering practices within production suites and on shop floor.

Responsible for implementing and utilizing efficient new methods, assisting with Julphar maintenance activities, and safe operation of equipment. Responsible for delivering maintenance services according to plan, conducting proper checklists of existing machines and equipment. Review existing processes and programs, conduct necessary calculations on the same, manage all electrical needs for equipment, and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

• Accountable for meeting the cGMP rules and keeping them operational efficiently.
• Responsible for aiding the engineers in fault-solving and solving problems, and ensuring proper engineering practices within the production suites and shop floors.
• Oversee tools, lubricants, and test equipment that will be utilized in planned as well as breakdown work for the systems within the site.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all spares and tools in good condition, and maintaining the tools and spare parts inventory in the store.
