Duties

  • Run a hydraulic crane to locate and shear metals and place them on trucks and railcars.
  • Upgrade material where feasible
  • Feed baler
  • Keep a clean workspace throughout the shift and at the end of the shift
  • Sort scrap to upgrade and eliminate non-conforming items
  • Perform all preventative maintenance required and report any trouble
