Field Service Engineer

What you'll do:

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance of heavy plant, powered access, and generator equipment both on-site and within the workshop as needed.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults to maintain equipment efficiency.
• Offer technical assistance to customers, providing advice on maximum equipment usage and resolving questions promptly.
• Maintain the highest levels of safety and maintenance in all operations and tasks.
• Keep meticulous and complete records of all maintenance work, repairs, and service history.
• Use excellent mechanical ability to provide accuracy and dependability in every part of the job.
• Shows strong attention to detail in being able to keep equipment quality and performance at high levels.
• Work cooperatively with the team to help the overall success and effectiveness of our company.
