Technical Operations Manager

About The Role
Main Objective: To manage and lead Ancove's team of Field Service Technicians, providing repairs and servicing of balers, compactors, and related waste-handling equipment. The Technical Manager will maintain consistent high standards, offer technical guidance, build technician skills, and assist the sales team with authoritative machinery recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:

• Manage, encourage, and support Service Technicians in the field.
• Recognize training requirements and provide upskilling programs in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, with specific emphasis on baler and compactor equipment.
• Regularly conduct performance appraisals, site inspections, and quality checks.
• Create a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
