After-sales service maintenance technician

Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated technical person to strengthen the Operations Team. 
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for providing technical support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.

You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company's reputation for commitment and service. 

Tetra Pak will allow you to increase your knowledge and gain experience in the field of electromechanics by delivering services at our customers' sites, mainly in France and occasionally in EU countries.

Planned travel of more than 80%, we are looking for a candidate close to Lyon or Reims.

What you will do

Preventive and corrective maintenance of Processing Equipment
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services
Carry out production supervision and operator training at the customer's site.
Installation and commissioning of Processing equipment in our customers' installed base 
Prepare quality reports promptly: technical support reports, maintenance reports, etc.
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, including supporting and following up on customer concerns and issues.

We believe you have

Technical training in (electro)mechanics.
Experience in rotating equipment (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance) in an industrial environment
Team player, enthusiastic, service-oriented, and flexible
Common sense, able to take responsibility for equipment and customer satisfaction  
Knowledge of English (written, spoken) 
Computer skills (MS Office)
Electrical skills:
- be able to read and understand electrical diagrams
- be able to carry out electrical work and troubleshooting

Compliance with all safety rules
Experience in the food industry is a plus (dairy products, beverages, cheese, prepared foods)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of PLC and HMI is an added advantage
Class B driving license
