Service Engineer - Mobile Cranes

Our Duties:

• Execute assigned tasks diligently, professionally, and within specified timeframes.
• Facilitate internal coordination to ensure seamless further actions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of service reports.
• Oversee the entire handover process.
• Educate customers on crane features, functions, operations, and safety protocols comprehensively.
• Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, signed, and internally filed.

Your Qualifications:

• Possession of a college degree or higher education.
• Specialization in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably holds relevant training certificates in engine or electrical systems.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in repairing construction equipment.
• Proficiency in mechanical engineering, with a preference for experience in construction machinery, equipment manufacturing, or the automotive industry.
• Knowledgeable about electrical, hydraulic systems, and diesel engines.
• Fluent in Chinese with proficient oral and written English skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills.
