Schaeffler Group Acquired Melior Motion

In the beginning of February 2022, Schaeffler Group signed an agreement with Melior Motion to acquire 100% of the shares of Lower Saxony-based Melior Motion. After the acquisition, the Schaeffler group will take over all the employees and retain the present management group. For Schaeffler Group, this acquisition is to strengthen the robotics division.
