Blow Molder with Energy-Efficient Accumulator Head

The new machine is available in two clamp capacities, 80 and 100 metric tons, and offers accumulator heads ranging from 10 to 25 liters. Additionally, the new series comprises two smaller models (AX 440 and AX 560) and one larger model(AX 1313). All of these models feature an electric clamp system that electronically monitors and adjusts clamping force during each cycle to guarantee repeatability and consistency. Furthermore, the clamp is adaptable to accommodate molds with varying stack heights. Parison push-out is achieved using a variable-speed pump without the need for a hydraulic accumulator, enabling direct parison push-out.

          As an optional feature available in the AX Series (ER version), there is a rollout mechanism for the upper deck, allowing for the simultaneous changeover of both the head tooling and the mold. This function creates ample space above the clamp for mold handling from the top while repositioning the extrusion head to the side for convenient and secure access.
