Kalmar Unveils the World's Most Environmentally-Friendly Reach Stacker

Kalmar offers its customers the choice to incorporate eco-friendly features into their electric reach stackers, including the use of 47% SSAB Zero™ steel, derived from recycled steel and manufactured with fossil-free energy sources and biogas. Furthermore, customers can opt for PANOLIN biodegradable hydraulic oil as an alternative to standard oil, promote longer tire lifespan through eco driver training, and implement a tire pressure monitoring system.

          Kalmar is also introducing an innovative emissions-reduction solution: a counterweight made from naturally dense, unprocessed material, designed to replace the conventional cast-iron counterweight. As of today, the newly introduced choices will position the Kalmar electric reach stacker as the most environmentally friendly reach stacker globally.
