key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks following company guidelines.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company and/or customer specifications.   
  • Adhere to process specifications for product production within assigned cells, maintaining accurate production records.
  • Maintain a tidy work area following company standards and participate in required events.
  • Perform basic welding, brazing, soldering, and operate light machinery such as sand blasters or electro-etching equipment.
  • Demonstrate adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with potential for night and weekend shifts as needed.

Job Requirements:
Education: Preferably a Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in routine mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks.
  • Ability to operate various hand tools and machinery.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting company documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and policies.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling small parts.
  • Capacity to identify and resolve common problems in the work area, selecting solutions from established options.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
             Please note that salary range information pertains specifically to California and may vary based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions. Compensation typically ranges from $19/hr to $21/hr plus shift premium.
