Crane Manipulator

A crane manipulator is a special hydraulic or robotic attachment, meant to augment the capabilities of cranes for precision lifting, positioning, and material handling. It is mainly applied in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and heavy industries, which cannot accomplish specific tasks without traditional cranes due to their dexterity, precision, or lack of automation.

Main Features

1. Hydraulic or Electric Actuation

Hydraulic Manipulators: Provides great lifting capacity and finds usage in high-torque applications.
Electric Manipulators: Accurately control loads and are applied for sensitive or repetitive work.

2. Multi-Axis Movement

Manipulator arms differ from standard crane hooks in that they have more degrees of freedom and can rotate, tilt, and extend to precisely position loads.

3. Gripping and Holding Mechanisms

Equipped with clamps, vacuum suction, or robotic arms to grip objects when lifted and transported.
Aids in lifting non-standard loads (pipes, beams, glass panels, etc.).
