John Deere has unveiled a range of new offerings for the aftermarket, including the G5 Universal displays, JDLink™ M modem, and the availability of the StarFire™ 7000 Universal receiver. These options make it convenient for farmers to upgrade their existing equipment or replace outdated components, enabling them to harness the benefits of current and future agricultural technology.

The G5 Universal displays, in comparison to previous John Deere models, boast a 35% larger viewing area, three times faster processing speed, and a high-definition screen. They are available in two configurations: the G5 with a 10.1-inch display and the G5Plus with a 12.8-inch display. These new displays enhance functionality and deliver an improved user experience for farmers. The G5Plus version includes AutoTrac, Documentation, and now Section Control as part of the base package, streamlining the purchase process. With the G5 Advanced package, farmers can elevate their in-field productivity and performance through automation features such as AutoTrac™ Turn Automation, AutoPath™, Machine Sync, and In-field Data Sharing. The G5 Advanced software license offers these valuable capabilities at a lower initial cost and continuesto improve over time, ensuring farmers only pay for the specific features their farm requires.
