Job Type: Full-time

Description

Serves existing and new accounts by diagnosing, servicing, and repairing forklift trucks
Conducting tests and resolving problems
Establishes service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, and completing installations
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, and suggesting improved methods and techniques
Keeps personal and company equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance, and calling in repairs
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

Requirements

  • Knowledge of internal combustion engines (Gas, LPG and Diesel)
  • Basic understanding of electricity and hydraulics
  • Equipment Maintenance
  • Analyzing information
  • Requires a valid driver’s license
  • Must have a clear motor vehicle report
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Quality Focus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Relations skills
  • Must acquire own tools
