Ship-To-Shore Container Cranes

A laser positioning system is integrated into the girder for precise and rapid truck positioning, particularly useful in automated terminal operations, enhancing handling efficiency. Additionally, image recognition and positioning technologies facilitate truck alignment both under and outside the crane. Furthermore, the system incorporates ship tilt detection and control technology, image recognition for container lock hole positioning, and ship slot recognition and alignment.
The spreader's optimized and secure route is determined based on encoder position detection and stored spreader track data, significantly enhancing handling efficiency. Electrical anti-torsion mechanisms employ angle detection to regulate trim/list cylinders or motors, effectively managing spreader trim/list and mitigating torsion. Advanced hydraulic control technology is deployed to deactivate the control system in case of obstructions during hoisting, promptly opening hydraulic valves, and unloading oil cylinders to prevent damage to the crane or ship's hold. Notably, the system demonstrates a significant reduction in harmonics, resulting in noticeable energy savings.
