 • Diagnose hydraulic system problems by analyzing symptoms, conducting tests, and utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Develop and implement repair strategies, including disassembly, repair or replacement of hydraulic components, and reassembly of systems.

 • Repair and replace hydraulic components such as pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

 • Perform hydraulic system flushing, filtering, and fluid replenishment to maintain optimal system performance.

 • Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to plan and execute repair projects effectively and efficiently.

 • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on hydraulic systems and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

 • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and assist in training when necessary.

• Keep accurate records of repair activities, including work orders, parts used, and procedures followed.

 • Stay updated with the latest advancements in hydraulic technology, marine engineering practices, and industry trends.
