This role is responsible for providing strong and effective on-site leadership for the Builds department, ensuring the team delivers safe, efficient, and compliant field services to the Mining Division and its customers. The Build Supervisor is tasked with leading and directing the outcomes set by the Build Manager, ensuring alignment with operational goals and company requirements. Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and direction to team members
  • Ensure project completion with accuracy and adherence to processes and deliverables
  • Prepare reports and communicate with customers regarding operations
