Main Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support to the commercial and production teams, defining technical requirements and specific details for the accurate execution of projects.
• Collaborate with the global engineering department, adapting to local needs and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Stay updated on current regulations and standards applicable to the company's products and operations.
• Lead and develop the design of procedures and standards to enhance service performance.
• Promote and implement a Total Quality philosophy throughout all levels of the company.
