Shifts Available and Hours: Days and Night shift 4x4 (4 on, 4 off)
6:00 am to 6:00 pm

            and

6:00 pm to 6:00 am

Shift Premium: Night shift eligible for $1.00/hour

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing the efficiency of our production facilities. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of critical machinery, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production equipment. Job Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on press lines, casting equipment, packing systems, and paint systems.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Replace defective parts and conduct necessary repairs.
Maintain building, grounds, and utility systems.
Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and enhancements.
Obtain and maintain a Mobile Equipment license (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift).
Enter and manage work orders for identified issues or deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and well-organized.
Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stay informed on advancements in relevant systems and technologies.

Required Education/Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Associate degree in Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics (preferred).
Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Expertise in using maintenance tools, mechanical equipment, and electrical testing devices.
Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work independently.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a willingness to learn.
