Agreement between SBP Holdings and Mattson Distributing Company

SBP Holdings, the company specializing in industrial rubber and fluid power industries, and Mattson Distributing Company, the industrial equipment supplier have recently joined forces. After this acquisition, Mattson Distributing company will start operating within the Fluid Power & Automation Division of SBP Holdings. This new addition will increase the company’s North American footprint, with an overall presence of approximately 70 locations.
