Bharat Forge acquired JS Autocast

The Pune-based Indian multinational, Bharat Forge Limited(BFL) and its subsidiary BF Industrial Solutions Limited have recently completed the acquisition of JS Autocast Foundry India Private Limited, the well-known manufacturer of raw and machined ductile iron castings. This acquisition aims to enhance the capabilities and market presence of Bharat Forge. Also, strengthen the company’s position as a preferred ‘Industrial Solutions’ provider.
