 The robot and autonomy technology solutions company Marble Robot, Inc at San Francisco, California has been acquired by Caterpillar.inc on June 29, 2020. According to the recent announcement, the company acquired select assets and hired employees from Marble Robot, Inc. This acquisition strategy of Caterpillar.inc aims to satisfy the changing needs of construction, quarry, industrial and waste industries.
