Primary Objectives:
•    Responsible for Quality of parts manufactured in a timely manner
•    Responsible for daily manufacturing of work in adherence to the quality management system
Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for manufacturing of parts
•    Inspection of parts
•    Following safety procedures
•    Correct documentation (timekeeping, BOM’s, prints..etc)
•    Other duties as assigned such as general maintenance, housekeeping, etc.
Qualifications:
•    Machining experience in a related industry preferred
•    Machine tool technology degree (2‐yr) preferred
•    Ability to set up and run various programs on machine tools
•    Ability to multi‐task, prioritize and manage time effectively
•    Strong math and mechanical aptitude preferred
•    Comfortable using various computer software
•    Ability to use and read measuring equipment
•    Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day
•    Good verbal and written communication skills
•    GWC – (Gets the role, Wants to do it, Capacity to do it)
