DexKo Global to acquire Fluid-Press Group

 The global leader DexKo has recently signed an agreement for acquiring Italy-based Fluid-Press Group. The Fluid-Press group specializing in hydraulic valves and manifold block development was founded in 1971. After the acquisition, Fluid-Press will be working closely with Safim Brakes as a part of DexKo’s Hydraulics business. This acquisition aims to strengthen DexKos hydraulic industry presence by expanding product portfolio.
